Good day! I am a  5th year architecture student from TIP-MANILA, doing an architectural capstone for a specialty hospital for respiratory and infectious diseases.

In line with this, I would like to request for specific data to better aid the analysis I have done for this study. This includes the Annual health facility statistical report of the following hospitals in Central Luzon from 2020 to 2022.

1. Tarlac Provincial Hospital
2. Central Luzon Doctor's Hospital
3. Jecsons Medical Center
4. Loving Mother and General Hospital and Diagnostic Center

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not  have custody of the  Annual health facility statistical reports of the hospitals that you are requesting as these are private and LGU hospitals. We ask that you coordinate directly with these hospitals for your thesis
