Hi! I would like to request for my vaccination record to be posted on VAXCert PH site. I requested for the second time but still there is no record found for my second dose. I posted the proof of my vaccination but everytime I generate my vaxcert there is no details for my second dose.

Here is my vaccination details:

Please prepare your reference number generated thru Vaxcert.doh.gov.ph for verification purposes and ease of transaction.
