We regret to inform you that the said request is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). However, we are sending the 2023 partial morbidity data and the annual morbidity data for other previous years are available at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials (FHSIS Annual Report > Morbidity).
