I have been trying to access my vaccine certificate but still my UPDATE REQUEST IS STILL IN PROGRESS. MY FIRST DOSE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GENERATED CERTIFICATE BUT THEN I REQUESTED IT TO BE CHANGED LAST AUGUST 19, 2023 AND UNTIL NOW I DIDN;T RECEIVE ANY UPDATE. I HOPE YOU HAVE TIME TO READ MY MESSAGE. THANK YOU.

You asked for UPDATE ON VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph so you can provide us the reference number from the VaxCert website or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435.
