Great day!

I am Merlita Aurea Manguiat-Rodriguez, a Graduate Student taking up Strategic Planning and Policy Studies under the   College of Public Affairs at The University of the Philippines Los Baños. I would like to humbly request for a copy of the passed policy in 2008 "Maternal, New Born and Child Health and Nutrition Strategy or the No Home Birth Policy" of the DOH. This will help me on my policy research as a requirement for the completion of my Graduate studies. Thank you and God Bless!
