December 19, 2018 Dear Kristoffer Atienza, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 19, 2018 12:11:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of apprehensions since anti-smoking law was signed by the president. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The data on the number of apprehensions since the smoking law was implemented is handled by each Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Philippines. The Department of Health is monitoring compliance of the Executive Order by the conduct of routine inspection of hospitals and health facilities and receive complaints on those violating the Executive Order. What we can provide you is the copy of the Administrative Order No. 2017-0023 on Guidelines in the Effective Implementation and Enforcement of Executive Order (EO) No. 26: Providing for the Establishment of Smoke Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places for your reference.
