Greetings! I am Cristy Visagar, a 4th year Civil Engineering student, currently taking my capstone design at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. 

For conducting my study I would like to request the average outpatient in Naguilian District Hospital and the population projection per barangay being admitted to the said hospital.
