Your FOI request is approved. 

We apologize for the delayed response as we awaited for the response from the DOH Disease Prevention and Control Bureau - Mental Health Division

Please refer to the Mental Health Program (https://doh.gov.ph/national-mental-health-program) for an overview of the services we provide and some materials we readily share.  Rest assured that the Specialty Care Division looks into these conditions in compliance with RA11036, otherwise known as the Mental Health Act, which encompasses mental, neurological and substance use (MNS) disorders.

Thank you for your interest in mental health. This is in response to your eFOI request (#DOH-048310027131) regarding the request for a copy of the new PCMH Strategic Framework 2024-2028 - Philippines and the additional documents you have requested during your visit to the Specialty Care Division. Sharing with you the Guidelines for Psychiatric Facilities (https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/psychiatric-care-facility/) and Investment Case for Mental Health (attached).

However, for the purpose of ONLY your study, we do have a draft but this is NOT the official framework yet as this will have to be reviewed again. (see attached file)
