Your request You asked for LGU Scorecard on Health (Cities, Municipalities, Provinces). Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as per information from the DOH Bureau of Local Health Systems Development (BLHSD).
