While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as per information from the DOH Bureau of Local Health Systems Development (BLHSD). Your request should be addressed to the DOH Regional Directors and we advise you to check our DOH Directory posted in the DOH website at http://doh.gov.ph for the list of contact numbers and email address.
