Dear DBM FOI: 

I would like to ask for documents regarding the DOH data on government hospital's fund use on RH Education (i.e., expenses on campaign, publicity, educational materials related to raising awareness on RPRH law on a nationwide scale). 

These documents are requested as part of the PIDS Legal Review of the RPRH Law which is commissioned by the DOH.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We would like to inform you that the response from the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau that there are no available documents regarding the DOH data on government hospital's fund use of RH education that we mentioned on your previous eFOI request #DOH-254281997095 last November 22, 2021.
