       - According to Phil. Cancer Center,  Bicol Med Center  is Advance Comprehensive Center and not Basic Comprehensive Center. You may refer to the Department Order 2021-0001  for reference.  Since it has a large file size and cannot be uploaded here in the eFOI portal, we will be sending it through your email.
