I would like to ask if it is possible to combine the four categories of other health facilities as outlined in AO 2012-0012. These categories include the Primary Care Facility, Custodial Care Facility, Diagnostic/Therapeutic Facility, and Specialized Out-patient Facility.
My specific query pertains to whether it is feasible to merge these categories into a single unified Health Center, and if so, what terminology or classification is typically used for such facilities.
