I would like to kindly request the number of vaccinated individuals and number of administered vaccines in each cities of Lanao del Norte in csv format from December 2020 to February 2022.
As cited under Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information, "The government office shall respond to a request fully compliant with requirements of sub-section (a) hereof as soon as practicable but not exceeding fifteen (15) working days from the receipt thereof." Therefore, I wish to have a response on my request as soon as possible, thank you very much!
