I need confirmation on the following: 
1.	Is this the same as the old Senate Bill 1869 - Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) bill?
2.	Is National Disease Prevention Authority Bill aims to establish a Philippine Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) to protect the Filipino from the impact of all diseases of public health importance? 
3.	Is NDPA bill already on the pending and second reading status in the senate?
4.	Is it being lead by Senator Pia Cayetano?
