Good day. I am Dr. Maria Sophia Gannaban, a Medical Officer III of Wao District Hospital, having been employed there since June 2016. But up to now, I have yet to receive a copy of the hospital's employee policy handbook. I tried asking once, via a letter-request, but it was ignored and up to now, remains unanswered and the request disregarded. Hoping DOH can assist me in obtaining one. God bless!

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Wao District Hospital is an LGU hospital and not under the DOH management. We suggest you either coordinate and follow up with the management of Wao District Hospital or elevate your concern to the Provincial Health Office in Lanao del Sur relative to your request.
