Good day! I am an architecture student from Ateneo de Davao University, and I would like to request the following data for the completion of my thesis study:

1. Population data of children with developmental delays (ex. cognitive, speech, motor, socio-behavioral delays) in Davao City, within the time period of 2013-2023. This should include those who are undiagnosed and diagnosed with further developmental disabilities (ex. Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, etc.)

2. Population data of therapists (ex. Occupational, Speech, Physical, Behavioral, etc.) in Davao City, within 2013-2023

You asked for Statistics of Children with Developmental Delay in Davao City.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

1. DOH DCHD Mental Health as well as Statistics Unit for item no. 1. Population Data of children with developmental delays from 2013-2023. (waiting for their reply) Children with Disabilities diagnosed/undiagnosed e.g. autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD etc. From the Office of DOH DCHD IT, headed by Mr. Ma. Jose Agana, we already sent the PRPWD Registry data version 4.0 data a week ago, generated by the encoders from PDAO Office of the said locality.
This office forwarded a letter to the LGU of Davao City asking for this data.

2. Population data of therapists (e.g. Occupational, Speech, Physical, Behavioral etc. in Davao City from 2012-2023
No data from this office.  We ask that you coordinate with Philippine Association of Occupational Therapist Davao Chapter: office hours 8am - 5pm
