While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/ to get information on the licensing requirements and the DOH accredited Private and Public Hospitals
