Good day, I would like to request the following information:
- SRP of top 100 FDA Registered human drug products (must be indicated if the product is a controlled substance or not, must be indicated if a prescription is required, must be indicated if the product is a brand or a generic alternative)
- I would like to receive the catalog in an excel or csv format.
- Please indicate if the following prices are VAT included or VAT exempted
- I would also like to receive a document about the law on the price regulation of medicine products as well as other relevant resources.

Please be informed that the DOH issued Department Circular No. 2023-0335 dated July 25, 2023 titled " Updated Suggested Retail Price for Selected Essential Medicines".
For price regulation policies, we are sending the copy of the Cheaper Medicines Act and its IRR and the latest Philippine Medicines Policy.
