Please be advised that the ownership of architectural design plans such as Site Development Plans and Floor Plans is under the person/juridical entity who commissioned the design professionals. The design professionals engaged by the project owners also retain the intellectual proprietary rights of the project documents.

Please request these documents directly to the owners of existing residential care facilities/group home facilities or the design professionals who signed the said architectural documents.

ANSWER:

The ownership of architectural plans such as Site Development Plans and Floor Plans is under the person/juridical entity who commissioned the design professionals. The design professionals engaged by  the project owners also retain the intellectual property rights of the project owners. Please request these documents directly to the owners of existing residential care facilities/group home facilities or the design professionals who designed the said architectural documents.

4. Daily schedule and activities of PWDs clients and the caregivers
5. number of rooms and beds
6. contact persons for each facility

ANSWER

Kindly visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the DOH accredited health facilities. Kindly coordinate directly with these facilities to support your study
