Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1) The number of reported cases of teenage pregnancy in different towns within the 4th district of Laguna: Cavinti, Famy, Kalayaan, Luisiana, Lumban, Mabitac, Magdalena, Majayjay, Paete, Pagsanjan, Pakil, Pangil, Pila, Sta. Cruz, Santa Maria, and Siniloan

2)Ages 13-19 of teenage mothers who got pregnant from the year 2017 to February 2020.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. The DOH does not gather data on the district level and this is handled by the Laguna Provincial Health Office at telephone number (049) 501-1523 / 543 3333 local 301 or 302
