Hi, I would like to request information regarding the Pfizer Booster Shot administered to my parents last July 26, 2022 with Lot No. FM2966:

1. Is this vaccine really meant exclusively for 2nd booster shot, or can also be applied as 1st?
2. What is the expiration date of the said vaccine (Pfizer Lot No. FM2966)
3. Is this really compatible with Janssen as main vaccine (1 shot) and Modena as 1st Booster Shot?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information you are requesting and we suggest you coordinate with the LGU where the Pfizer Booster Shot was administered to your parents last July 26, 2022  on the matter
