Hi i would like to follow up about Health care allowance for January 2021 to December 2021. my previous employer was METROPOLITAN MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL at Sta. Cruz Manila. I'm from Heart station department staff nurse. i asked the HR staff about this and she said "WALA PA YUNG 2021, 2022 LANG YUNG NGAYUN IRERELEASE NOV. 2023". I have doubt about it because some private hospital and my colleague who still work there received their HEA/OCA January-May for 2021. please update me about this.  thank you so much and god bless.
