The guidelines concerning residential care/group homes are formulated by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) . Please refer to Section 5(d) of the Republic Act No. 994 entitled, "An Act grabting Additional Benefits and Priveleges to Senior Citizens, Further Amending RA No. 7432, as amended, otherwise knownas "An Act to Maximize the Contribution of Senior Citizens to Nation Building, Grant Benefits, and Special Priveleges and for Other Purposes".
