Good day,

Regarding your office request to extend the state of calamity (https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1191555), we would like to ask your respective office the following questions:

*What method of research was performed in order for you to come up with the request
*What is the name of the person in charge who performed this research
*How much of the national budget will be used if you plan to buy another set of boosters or vaccines when in fact, you have not replied to Commission on Audit regarding your previous expenses in the procurement of the vaccines
