Good day! I am Elwynne Mae L. Tablon, a 4th year architecture student and I am currently conducting a research about mental hospitals in the country. In line with this, I would like to request for the following:

a) National summary of people with mental and psycho social disabilities

b) top 10 provinces that are affected by mental and psycho social disability
