While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the said request is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

DOH does not collect data on the cases of  Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS) at telephone number (632) 89212479; 89219420; 73415341; 89220195 or visit their website at https://www.pogsinc.org.

You may also inquire with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at http://psa.gov.ph for this information
