Your FOI request is approved. 

visit the FHSIS Annual Reports for available data on Cancer at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. We also attached available Cancer data for your reference

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the Epidemiology Bureau does not gather data on prostate Cancer screening yet. At present, the data being gathered are screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer only
