I applied for the Vaxcert yesterday. However, I included the wrong previous vaccination card, which was a bit blurry. Is there a way to update it?
I have a flight next week and there good be possible delays to receive my Vaxcert due to the photo being unreadable. I already emailed the photo to the provided email from the website but I just want to make sure that would be the picture to be seen so the processing of my Vaxcert would not be delayed.

You asked for Vaccination certificate (Urgent).
Response to Request
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 171 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.
