1.) The floor plan or layout of Philippine heart Center

2.) The floor plan or layout of Cardinal Santos Medical Center

3.) The floor plan or layout of Philippine General Hospital 

4.) The floor plan or layout of Asian Hospital 

5.) The floor plan or layout of Medical City a tertiary hospital

6.) The floor plan or layout of Makati Medical Center

7.)  The floor plan or layout of St luke Medical Center

8.) Or any level 3 or specialty hospital floor plans or layouts in the Philippines

Please be informed that we can only provide the floor plans of PHC only as we do not have custody of the floor plans of the rest of the hospitals that you are requesting, as these are not DOH hospitals. We ask that you coordinate with the rest of the hospitals for this request
