Good Day DOH! In behalf of my team at Westlake Medical Center located at Pacita, San Pedro Laguna would like to follow up and ask for clarification regarding our unpaid SRA / OCA with coverage of July - December 2021. 

We received the 1st tranche of SRA on March 21, 2021 with coverage from Sept 19 to Dec 19, 2020. 

We received the 2nd tranche of SRA on Oct 18, 2021 with coverage from Dec 20, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 

We received the OCA for the Month of Jan 2022 last June 10, 2022. 
We're all wondering and asking why and where is our SRA / OCA for the coverage of July 1 to Dec 31, 2021

You asked for SRA / OCA July 1, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We would like to inform Westlake Medical Center in Implementation for Health Emergency Allowance  (HEA) which also covers the month of July to December 2021 is still in view for implementation and sourcing of funds which our DOH Regional Office 4A declares that there is no granting of COVID benefit on the period of the said months.
