I would like to request from the engineering office of the Department of Health (DOH) construction plans and inspection reports of public hospitals in Batangas Province. We have visited the DPWH District II Office and learned that the aforementioned plans and reports are available in DOH's engineering office instead of DPWH's.

My thesis group and I are currently working on our undergraduate thesis about developing a proposed recovery plan for damaged public hospitals in Batangas and can assure you that all the data we have obtained will be used for academic purposes only.
