May I request for the Annual Hospital Statistical Report of the Talavera General Hospital, covering the period 2020 to 2022.

Statistical Data from said years are necessary for LGU Talavera's updating of its CLUP, CDP, Ecological Profile, Sectoral Studies and Local Health Investment Plan.
