Hello! I am Seth Jared Saluta, a 4th Year BS in Computer Science student from the University of the Philippines Manila.
For the partial completion of my study titled “A Convolutional-Neural-Network-Based Web Application for the Detection of Inflammatory Bowel Disease”, I wish to request the following dataset from the Department of Health
1) Unlabeled HEALTHY colonoscopy images of patients in the Philippines
2) Unlabeled Colonoscopy images of patients with CROHN’S DISEASE in the PH
3) Unlabeled Colonoscopy images of patients with ULCERATIVE COLITIS in the PH

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not gather data on colonoscopy images of patients. We ask that you directly coordinate with hospitals for this request
