For item 1, please be informed that we do not have custody of data on diabetes worldwide. You may research online or visit the World Health Organization (WHO) website for this information. For items 2 & 3, we have endorsed those requests to the Epidemiology Bureau (EB) for action. We'll send you feedback once available.

Your FOI request is approved.
At present, the Epidemiological Modeling and Research Division (EMRD) of the Epidemiology Bureau can only provide national data since the subnational data are still under embargo. However, we can provide Global and Philippine data (latest available is 2019) generated from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study. Please see attached file. For more information about the GBD study and their publicly available data, you may access their site at https://www.healthdata.org.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have custody diabetes data worldwide. We ask you to research online or visit the World Health Organization (WHO) website for this information.
