Visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including hospitals. 

You may also visit the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website which contains a master list of health facilities in the Philippines at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList
