Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the:

1. Number of mercury poisoning among people near mining (specifically small-scale mining) sites 
2. Number of Minamata disease among people near mining (specifically small-scale mining) sites

If there are no available information on near small-scale mining sites, reports on the number of mercury poisoning and Minamata disease cases in general will do.

I refer to my letter of Mar 08, 2019 03:28:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of mercury poisoning and Minamata diseases near mining sites.

As per information of our program manager,  she would like to know whether you are requesting for mercury poisoning in the blood or mercury exposure? We also sent an email to you on the matter.
