Hi, 

I would like to request your good office for the following information:
1. Total number of Person with Disability
2. Percentage of Amputees in the Philippines
3.Area or location of Largest number of amputees or injured from accidents
4.age and gender bracket or range of amputees
5. Cause of Amputation ( Disease, accident, inborn/congenital)

I hope you grant my request for my Architectural Thesis entitled "  A Proposed Rehabilitation Center for Prosthetics and Orthotics"
