Visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/psychiatric-care-facility/ and https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements including the issuance of DOH Permit to Construct (PTC) of Psychiatric Care facility.
