Hi I would like to request for the following information about CKD, ESRD, and Dialysis in the Philippines:

1. Filipinos with End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), with demographics (age, sex, income class), from 2019-2023 (or until the latest)
2. Filipinos who underwent dialysis, with demographics (age, sex, income class) from 2019-2023 (or until the latest)
3. Filipinos who died of ESRD on dialysis from 2019-2023 (or until the latest)
