While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Upon assessment on the data being requested, we regret to inform you that we
cannot provide any details or information on this request since RITM is outside Region 3. 

We ask that you coordinate with the hospitals in Region 3 for this request
