Good day,

We would like to follow up our HEA. We are dietary concessionaire from Metropolitan Medical Center and we have submitted needed documents of our attendance during the pandemic to the hospital HR department. 

Some of the outsource personnel will be receiving their HEA and our department is not included, please enlighten us about this.

Hoping that we will all have a merry christmas and praying that we will be able to get our HEA before the year ends.
