Response to your request


While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the floor plans and other architectural designs of Caloocan City Medical Center as this is not a DOH Hospital and a private hospital. We ask that you directly coordinate with  Caloocan City Medical Center for this information.
