I refer to my letter of Jan 08, 2024 02:41:34 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of hemodialysis patient in Quezon city.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. For item 1, please be informed c that we can only refer your request to NKTI and other DOH Hospitals located in QC, as we do not have custody of information for the other hospitals. Would it be fine for you to refer your request to DOH Hospitals only?

For item 2,  we shall refer this to DOH- Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) for appropriate action.
