Hi! Good day,  I would like to request the certificate and result of my RT PCR swab test .Swab test conducted June 19,2020 at Philippine National Health Service (NCRPO)  Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig. Thank you.

You asked for Rt-PCR Swab test result.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request.

Your right to request a review
