This is Dr. Hesusa Maria Santos Vista, a resident physician of the Department of Emergency Medicine of East Avenue Medical Center.
I am currently working on a paper on the cases of reinfection and or reactivation of COVID-19 in the Philippines.
I would like to request for statistical data on the number of these cases, if available.

I am hoping for a favorable reply regarding this matter.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. The Epidemiology Bureau has informed that they do not collect this data.
