You asked for Monthly Reported Number of Suicide Cases in the Country.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, if it would be of any help, you may access our data sets on self-inflicted injury in the Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance Systems (http://www.oneiss.doh.gov.ph/login.php)

Your right to request a review
