In order for us to work further on your request, may we clarify on what you meant on site selection criteria for pediatric occupational rehabilitation, as we do not have this specific data. Kindly refer to the HFSRB website at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities.
