Hi, I would like to request a vaccine certificate as I need it for immigration. I requested it last June 20, 2023 but I until now, there is no progress and response. I contacted  vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph in gmail but still got no response.

I was vaccinated for 1st dose October 1, 2021, and October 28, 2021 for my second dose. My vaccine was Pfizer.

This is an emergency and your cooperation and response is highly requested and appreciated. Thank you!
