Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

As stated in our previous response from the DOH Health Promotion Bureau, The 2023 COVID-19 Vaccine Willingness  survey was conducted from March 29-April 10, 2023 in order to guide the "Sa Boosters: PINASLAKAS" vaccine demand generation campaign. Responses are currently being analyzed and are unavailable.
