Hi! 

I would like to humbly request for the following data:

1. Number of certified nurses under the DOH Nurse Certification Program
    1.1 Per specialty
    1.2 Per Level (from Level 1 to Level 5)
    1.3 Type of organization they are employed upon certification (DOH-retained (level), local government hospitals, private hospitals)

2. Number of certified nurses who are still serving the country

3. Number of nurses who have practiced in the different levels of care using their certifications
